Zanzibar Capital specializes in a modern and data driven approach for acquiring and developing multifamily, residential, and mixed-use investment opportunities.

Using proprietary quantitative models for deep sector analysis, along with traditional due-diligence, Zanzibar acquires and develops real estate investments with a variety of strategies. We aim to identify opportunities that will generate great value through both cash returns and forced appreciation for our investors.

Zanzibar Capital was founded in 2018 by Eric Doroski and Nitzan Mokady. With proprietary in-house quantitative models to assist with sourcing and valuation, Zanzibar focuses on sub-institutional multifamily, residential, and mixed-use acquisitions and developments with a primary focus on the Greater Boston Area.

Our acquisition criteria primarily focuses on three main acquisition types:

  • Value-Add Multifamily

  • Multifamily and Condo Development

  • Government Subsidized and Incentivized
