Zanzibar Capital was founded in 2018 by Eric Doroski and Nitzan Mokady. With proprietary in-house quantitative models to assist with sourcing and valuation, Zanzibar focuses on sub-institutional multifamily, residential, and mixed-use acquisitions and developments with a primary focus on the Greater Boston Area.
